Our tutoring services are built around the need of the family and individual learner. The use of our specialized technology tutoring program allows traditional tutoring sessions to develop into a face to face session no matter where the pupil is. Our STAR Tutors can provide assistance online, in person, or a mixture of both. This opens the door up to talent and levels of expertise that may have not been unavailable in the past.
What to expect with STARS Tutoring Sessions.
A tutor that has been completely vetted. This means background checks completed, references checked, and educational background verified. Our tutors are professionals and are held to a high level of expectations to provide exceptional service.
This includes learning the needs of the learner, using tools and techniques specific to the success of the learner, and ongoing communication with parents about the success of the learner. This is done by weekly communication with the parent or guardian of minor learners.
An individual tutoring plan is developed with the learner and the parent/guardian at first meeting and follow-up reports are done monthly to provide an evidence-based system of learning.
