Mentors
Our mentors are made up of Mental Health Professionals and American Heroes! Many have served in positions of service, trust and pride. Our mentors are veterans of the United States Armed Forces, Firefighters, Policemen/women, Emergency Medical Technicians, Teachers etc.
All of are mentors recruited, trained and supported by a team of licensed mental health professionals

Our mentors have served and worked in positions of integrity and excellence and have that ability to instill the same values and structure with the youth they are assigned to work with and mentor.
They are Driven by Service to Others
As past military and public service members, our mentors are a cut above the rest. Having taken an oath to defend and lay down their life for others; it is safe to say that they will give all their energy and dedication to each and every youth they are assigned to.
They are Team Players.

Our mentors know how to work as a team, with effective outcomes. Our mentors work as a team. With crisis and after hours support, the youth is not only receiving a highly skilled and effective mentor; they are receiving a team of licensed mental health professionals and youth specialist support with every session.
Are you interested in joining our Stars Mentoring Team? Here is what we are looking for:
-Ability to pass a 10 yr National and State Criminal Background Check (to include sex offender registry)
- Department of Social Service Check
- DMV Check
-Honorable Discharge (if military)
-Verifiable Background and/or Training working with children
