Home Again Program

COHYA has partnered with SC Healthy Connections Medicaid to provide Home Again Services to individuals who have been in an institution for 90 days (at minimum, the last day must be under Medicaid sponsorship) and wish to return to the community. (Learn More)

Individual Counseling 

COHYA provides individual, family, and play therapy.

Trauma Informed Case Management

Victims of crime are matched with a case manager trained in trauma-informed care to provide supportive case management in a unique, therapeutic way to prevent revictimization and create an environment of healing.
